All payments made to Screen Focus Private Limited are considered final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, submission fees paid for film entries, membership fees for Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Lifetime plans, registration fees for events and workshops, and payments made for participation in Producer Circle or other professional programs. Submission fees are charged for the evaluation process and administrative handling of entries, and therefore remain non-refundable regardless of whether a film is selected, rejected, or disqualified. Similarly, membership fees grant access to benefits, opportunities, and network ecosystems, and once activated, cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued in situations where applicants change their mind after payment, fail to complete submissions correctly, provide inaccurate information, or are unable to attend events. Additionally, disqualification due to violation of terms, technical errors on the user’s side, or failure to comply with submission guidelines does not qualify for any refund.
